Shipping Information
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Shipping Areas: We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia).
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium flooring products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-cut flooring items
- Opened adhesive products (including tiling adhesive grout)
- Flooring samples
These items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase required
- Item must not be from our non-returnable categories above
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Confirmation that items are unused in original packaging
- Your contact information and order date
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we will:
- Verify your request’s eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send return shipping instructions if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
For standard returns:
- Ship to: Flooring Specialty Shop, 1765 Briercliff Road, Corona, US 11368
- Use any carrier (we recommend trackable shipping)
For large/heavy items:
- Contact us for special return arrangements
Step 4: Processing Your Request
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3-5 business days
- Refunds: Processed within 3 business days
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged/defective products:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no cost to you
